Arrival
Marie-France will welcome you at your arrival
at Casa Los Pinos. She is responsible of your check in and check out.
She will meet you at casa Malyma at your arrival and will give
you the keys.
She will get your payment (rent + deposit) in cash and refund
your deposit the
day of departure.
Also she will be available to help if any issue if required during your
stay.

Rental rules : please read
carefully the check out conditions
- To book a reservation we need 35% of
the rental before arrival
- At arrival you pay the 65% rent
remaining + garanty deposit in Cash : 300 euros
- At arrival and departure a furniture
check list is made guaranteed by deposit. Anything broken or missing
will be deduced from deposit.
- The house is found clean at arrival,
please we require you to leave it equally clean at departure
(floor, kitchen, bathrooms, patio, garden); If you have no time to
clean entirely the house, an additional cleaning fee will be estimated
and charged at 10 Euro/room. As an example a Full cleaning requires 3
hours per floor (plus the sheets cleaning) and 1 hour per independent
room. Therefore 30 Euros per floor .
- Standard arrival is after 4pm, and
departure before 12pm (call to see if flexibility is available
according to the cleaning process)
- Minimum week end rental from Sept to
June is 2 nights
- Minimum rental in July &
August is a week, Saturday to Saturday
