Arrival
We will welcome you at your arrival at Finca Malyma and will give you the keys.
We will collect your payment (rent + deposit) in cash and refund your deposit the day of departure (minus electricity fee used).
Also we will be available to help if any issue if required during your stay.

Rental rules : please read carefully the check in/ Check out conditions
- To book a reservation we need 50% of the rental before arrival
- At arrival you pay the 50% rent remaining + cleaning fee + guaranty deposit in Cash : 300 euros
- At arrival and departure a
furniture check list is made guaranteed by deposit. Anything broken
or missing will be deduced from deposit.
- The house is found clean at arrival, please leave it clean at departure
- Standard arrival is after
4pm, and departure before 12pm (call to see if flexibility is available
according to the cleaning process)
- Minimum week end rental from Oct to December is 2 nights, in Sept and June 3 nights.
- Minimum rental in July & August and festivals is a week, Casa Malyma Saturday to Saturday, Casa Pinos Friday to Friday.
- Studio Palacito is not available July/August but only from 15 September to 30 June.
